Como cambiar tactil a Blu L120

Bienvenidos a Geeks soluciones, hoy te traigo un nuevo articulo de Como cambiar el tactil a un Blu L120


Herramientas:
  • Destornillador
  • palanca de plastico 
  • Pua de plastico o uña de guitarra y si no una tarjeta bancaria

Paso 1: Remover la tapa y bateria de celular
Image 3/3: Remove the cover by lifting the notch towards the bottom of the phone. Use your fingernail to lift it up.


Paso 2: Remover los tornillos de la carcaza del celular.

Image 1/3: Remove these nine screws with a small phillips screwdriver. They are all the same size.

Paso 3: Remover cuidadosamente el panel trasero de la carcaza con una pua o palanca de plastico.
Image 2/3: *WARNING* by doing this, you will void the manufacturers warranty.
Hagalo con cuidado deslizando la herramienta alrededor de todo el panel.

Paso 4: Separe el panel trasero del celular, separe la pieza completa con sus manos.
Image 3/3: Once you have gone around the entire frame, use both hands to pull it apart.

Paso 5: Retire la camara de la placa usando la palanca de plastico
Image 1/3: Use the pry tool to disconnect the camera from the device.

Image 2/3: Gently lift the camera up and use the tweezers to remove it from the phone.

Image 3/3: Reinstall the camera. Then follow the guide in reverse to put the phone back together.


Paso 6: Retire los tres tornillos que sujetan la placa a la carcaza del celular

Image 1/3: Remove these three screws using 00 Philips screwdriver. Note the smaller screw circled in orange.

Retire el cable coaxial de la placa

Image 2/3: Then gently pry up on the metal antenna connector at the end of the grey wire. Move the wire out of the way.

Paso 7: Desconecte los cable flex de la placa como se muestra en la siguientes imagenes


Image 1/2: Next you must disconnect these three cables.


Image 2/2: Use your pry tool to lift up on the brown tab to release the ribbon cable.

Paso 8: Para retirar el ultimo cable flexor que se encuentra bajo la ranura de tarjeta de sim, usa una palanca y presione suavemente hacia arriba 
Image 3/3: The cable is now free to be pulled back out of its' slot.

Image 2/3: Using a spudger, peel up on the mesh tape then use your tweezers to peel the rest of it up.

Paso 9: Usando una pinza retire la pelicula amarilla para liberar los conectores de la pantalla

Paso 10: Aqui se uso una herramienta para calentar la pantalla y aflojar el pegamento, pero nosotros podemos usar un secador de cabello calentando la pantalla uniformemente con cuidado de quemar la pantalla, hazlo a unos 10 cm de separacion de la pantalla en temperatuva media baja hasta que sienta que la pantalla esta caliente al tacto.
Image 2/2: We used the iOpener tool, heated it up, and placed it on top of the phone for a few seconds to loosen up the glue.


Paso 11: Una vez la pantalla se alla calentado deslice una herramienta entre las uniones de la parte frontal de la pantalla para retirar el tactil

Paso 12: Cuando termine de separar el vidrio del marco con la herramienta de palanca , agarra tanto el marco y el vidrio con las dos manos y separar ambas piezas . PRECAUCIÓN , hay un cable de cinta que necesita ser retirado de la parte posterior del teléfono antes de la separación completa.

Image 1/3: When finished separating the glass from the frame with the pry tool, grab both the frame and glass with both hands and separate both pieces. CAUTION, there is a ribbon cable that needs to be removed from the back of the phone before full separation.

Paso 13: Use una punta de plastico y deslice el conector por la abertura de la carcaza para separar el vidrio
Image 1/3: Take a spudger and gently push the cable through the cutout on the frame to separate the glass.

Paso 16: Y listo tu telefono esta listo para colocar un nuevo tactil.

Conclusion:  Para armar de nuevo su dispositivo sigas los pasos en reverso.
